So the problem I was having with Now Reading is fixed. It wasn’t the theme that I am using but the output of the plug-in. Now Reading didn’t know that I am using a 3 column theme so it was just outputting as per normal. So what I had to do was modify it so the output of Now Reading would tell WP that it was a center column. Next thing to do is see if I can make it so the Now Reading posts have more of the look as the rest of the blog, right now they are missing that fancy header that normal post have. Now that I know where to look it should be a little easier.
