Well Day 6 was quick and easy compared to some of the other days of driving and got to our final stop about noon or so. Downside was that we were so far ahead of schedule that we couldn’t get the keys to the condo we were staying till after 4:00pm, when my nephews got free. We had to wait for them because the condo we were staying at was on base, and is only available to current and former naval personal. So while we waited we went and got some McLunch and just sat around, good thing I all ways pack a book while going on trips.

My Mom and Sister flew out to meet us earlier in the day and they were to be in Charleston about 5pm EST or so but their flight got delayed in Atlanta because of lighting then after they left Atlanta about an hour late they got delayed again as they couldn’t land in Charleston becuase of lighting even thou every thing was clear when they left Atlanta so they had to land in Myrtle Beach to refuel wait out the lighting and try again. The finally got to the condo about 8:30.
