When I first found out bout this nice little figure she was already sold out at every online store I could find. The only way one could get her was a Yahoo Japan auctions at a hefty price, plus I would have to deal with a proxy service as most Japan auction won’t ship to the US. So when I found out that Max Factory was doing a reissue I quickly placed a order, and it is a good thing that I did as it appears that she is sold out yet again. Pachira is part of Max Factory’s Polo System collection, meaning that she is cast off enabled (ie her clothes come off) . So some of the pictures that follow are NSFW.

Pachira is the Vampire from the popular anime Renkin 3-kyuu Magical? Poka~n or Magipoka for short. So it is quite a surprise that she as made as a castoff, rare for a main stream anime. Max factory pulled out all the stops for Pachira the sculpt is top rate and the pose works will with the base/background. The paint job doesn’t disappoint with the shading only adding to the overall effect of the figure, the slight blush to the cheeks and chest are nice touches. Seam lines are well hidden, the only major one being where her upper body meets her legs, but that is hidden when her dress is on. The little detail really make this an outstanding figure, the arch of her back combines with her stance give her and enticing look. I love her little black cat hair ribbons a nice little detail to top off an already great figure.
