Just found out via Alafista.com that there is going to be a second series coming out in January to the Gunslinger Girl anime airing on Tokyo MX at 27:00 according to the official site. Gunslinger Girl has got to be one of my favorites anime in recent years. While it does have some action the main focus is on how the relationships that the girls have with their handlers and each other. While it does get a bit melancholy at time the stories are compelling. While I am hopeing to be able to catch fansubs when it comes out, I am pretty sure that the second series will get licensed pretty quickly.
