The Forbidden Kingdom
Well this is something I never thought I would see a Jackie Chan and Jet Li starring in the same movie. The Forbidden Kingdom looks to be Fantasy Kung-Fu at it’s finest. With Jet Li as the Silent Monk and Jackie Chan as Yu Lan. Now we throw in a Kung Fu obsessed modern day American boy that gets thrown back in time to help these two Kung Fu legends save the Kingdom. Oh yeah we also got a The Bride with White Hair look-a-like that is out to stop them. All in all it looks like the plot could get kind of convoluted, and the movie did go through five rewrites (some during production), but any movie with Jackie Chan AND Jet Li can’t be anything less then damn good.
