Well with the upgrade to WordPress 2.5 and the addition of a plug-in a new site feature appears. The ‘Other Posts of Interest’ are at the bottom of each post both on the Main page and on the single post pages. This will make it easier for new visitors to find older posts that they might find interesting. The only downside to this new feature is that it uses the “Tags” that are part of each post to figure out which posts are related, but “Tags” were not a part of WordPress prior to version 2.3 and I was running 2.2 when I upgraded to 2.5 last night. So I have about 250 posts with no Tags so I have a ‘little’ backlog of post to go thou and add tags to in-order to get the best use out of the new feature. So, that should keep me busy for the next week or two.
I have ran into one small problem with 2.5 and uploading images, took me about an hour to wright this post as the image uploading wasn’t working right. Got it fixed now but it took a bit of a kluge to do it.
