Jackie Chan Tea Will Kick You in the Taste Buds
What does The Geek do when his brain wont come up with some thing to write about. Well either I do a Random Web Link Friday® or I do something like blog about food.
So on tonight’s post we have Jackie Chan’s XtraGreen Green Tea (’cause you know that spelling extra with an ‘X’ makes it copyrightable.) It’s a individually packaged beverage mix, each pre-measured tube is meant to dumped into a one of those bottles of water that everyone seems to be carrying around these days. The Xtra in the XtraGreen is that it has 8 times the antioxidants as normal green tea with out all the extra caffeine.
I picked up the original flavor and while I was expecting the slight bitter taste of green tea, the Xtra must also mean Xtra bitter. So I normally end up mixing it half and half with Crystal Light Lemonade mix in a 32oz water bottle.
What I find kind of funny is that even thou Jackie Chan is in his mid fifties the pic on the box is of a much younger looking Jackie. Either they are using an old pic, and it is possible given the generic pose or it’s one damn good Photoshop job. (Current pic of Jackie)
