One of the three new figures up on Alter’s site today was this beautiful Ayanami Rei. She is slated to be out in Oct, she will retail for 6090 yen. The 1/8 scale figure lays to 17cm long. She is already up for preorder at Hobbysearch, Play-Asia, and KidNemo. More pics over at AmiAmi.
Now this may come as a shock to some people but I have never seen the entire Evangelion series. I’ve seen a couple of episodes here and there when the were running the dub version on TV, but I’ve never watched the whole thing though. Now some people might say that I should have my Anime Geek License revoked, but from what I’ve seen and read the series is pretty depressing that and the ending of the series makes most everyone go WTF??? So that really hasn’t made want to go and see it.
