Goodsmile’s Shiki Ryougi Garannodou

Coming out in November from Goodsmile is Shiki Ryougi Garannodou figure. Shiki Ryougi (Ryogi) is from the managa/anime Kara no Ky?kai. She is 1/7 scale and stands in at 23cm tall. Don’t know what is is but there is just something about the motif of a girl in a kimono and carrying a weapon. I that is due is part to the juxtaposition of perception that traditional girls are subservient and meek with the fact that she carrying something that will do you great harm. By the looks of the demo model it looks like Goodsmile is putting a lot of detail into this one. While I would love to add her the the collection the budget has gone to crap as of late and I may end up having to cancel some of my pre-orders.
She’s up for pre-order at Hobbysearch, and Kidnemo.
More pics after the cut and over at AmiAmi.

As far as been able to tell there isn’t a US release of the manga or anime

The kimono looks nice, I don’t care for the seem in the hair… same thing with the first version from GSC which I bought last year. That’s the one posing in the red jacket with the knife. I do like the eyes and soft color of this version.
Is their a US release of the manga do you know?
