Room Tour
Well I’ve had the last week off work and beside sleeping in till 10:00 what I have been mostly working to reduce the Disarray Level of My Room. I think I’ve been able to get it down to a 2-2.5 more of a 2.5 mainly because the main method of de-cluttering was to box stuff up to clear up shelf space. That and cupboards can hide a multitude of messes.
The first shoot is the view from the door of the room where you can see the foot of my bed and the backside of the computer desk. The black and white screen is a folded up four panel screen that normally hides the wire mess that computer desk creates so my Mom doesn’t have to see it.
The view from the window side of the room. In which you see where the girls (figures) spend most of there time in their new home. The desk is where I work on my various projects, build models ect. The weird looking piece of modern art on the right is actually my magnifier visor in it’s new home where it’s easy to get to and wont get stuff put on top of it.
Behind the door is a couple of my photos and the mediashelf that holds most of the anime I have that is on DVD.
The shelf to the right of the project desk holds mostly dvd’s of movies and tv series both self are at least two deep with stuff. The top hiding the first season of Ranma 1/2 on VHS and the second shelf being to rows of DVD and row of books.
This is the north wall of my room with the built in bunk beds my brother use to have the top bunk after he moved out I turned it into storage. Behind the little blue door is more storage.
The bigger boxes in front are mostly full of books and the boxes in back are my Comic book collection. (Which I still need to get fully organized. The picture is another of my photos.
This is the headboard of my bed with the upper shelf being most Manga front row being english translations and the back row being my almost complete collection of 3×3 eyes Japanese Language Manga.
The landing to the upper bunk and more shelfing with various books and manga.
The window in my room and a built in chest of drawer. The top of the drawers is where I do most of the photo shoots of my figure collection.
While the two top drawers have clothing in them the bottom four are taken up with Anime on VHS both Pro tape and Fansubs.
Beside the computer desk is mainly storage at the moment. The blue boxes contain models in progress and modeling supplies. The black box is a record storage box which hold most of my LP collection and Anime LaserDisc Collection. I need to get another one as the rest of the LP’s and LaserDiscs are scattered here and there around the room.
The view from my bed. The TV cabinet holds a Dual Deck VCR, a PS2, Xbox, Series1 Tivo and LaserDisc Player. With the Xbox 360 sitting in front, in order to keep it cool.
Another view of the south wall.
My computer desk. The Mac has to sit sideways to fit on the shelf as I’m not going to sit the computer on the floor. There is a Xerox 510 scanner with ADF (Automatic Document feeder), and two printers a HP 5550 for color output and a Brother 1440 Laser printer for b&w output.
Behind the computer desk on the window wall is yes more shelfs and a bookcase. The selfs hold more anime on VHS and the bookcase is mainly computer books and various books & stuff I have up for sale on amazon.
Well that’s the tour of the room you don’t get to see inside the cabinets and closet as that is where I am hiding most of the mess.

@Danny: thanks
@BenPi: Made them myself from some scans from /hr/ on 4chan, and I have access to a wide format color printer where I work.

Both Clare (Claymore) figures and the complete Cardcaptor Sakura DVDs. I feel like I already know you. You’re quite diverse in your love of anime. I respect that ![]()
