Perian Update
For those of Anime fans out there with Mac it’s time to update you version of Perian. For those of you who are wondering what the heck Perian is, it’s a System Preference pane that add a lot more versitility to Apples Quicktime player. It adds AVI, FLV, MKV file formats and whole bunch of others, but most important to Anime Fansub watchers it adds support for SSA/ASS and SRT softsubs.
The regular reader of TheGeekReview may have noticed that tonight’s post is up much later then normal. With my new job came a different shift, instead of the ol’ 9 to 5 shift, I’m now working until almost 9 at night. So what I think I may end up doing in start writing the posts in the morning before work and using the autopost feature of Wordpress put it up in the early evening while I’m at work.
