The ARP 2600 is a early semi-module synth. In it’s basic operation they 2600 is ready to play right out of the box, with the modules connected together internally. But if you don’t like how that sounds most of the connections can be rewired with patch cables to create some very interesting sounds.
The 2600 in monophonic with 3 VCOs, that can be tuned from the subsonic to the ultrasonic. A variable White Noise Generator. Two different VCAs, Sample and Hold, and Spring Reverb.
