The Gundam RX-78 GP02A. This is a Master Grade kit from Bandia that I pick up at ComiCon a few years back and never got a round to building. After cleaning my room , see my blog for details ;-) , and seeing more that a few gunpla videos on youtube, I decide to put this kit together.
Umetsu's Fantasy Girl
Umetsu's Fantasy Girl is from the anime Robot Carnival, a movie that was a collection of robot themed shorts. Most of the segments were without dialog just visuals set to music akin to Disney's Fantasia. The Fantasy Girl is from the segment Presence. See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robot_Carnival for more details. I picked up the kit several years back on a whim and now that the Gundam is to a point were I am waiting on supplies go on I desided to start working on it.
