Maker Faire Part Six: Abney Park & Culann's Hounds

Well the night time at Maker Faire 2008 not only brought fire but also Abney Park. If you’ve read my blog before your sure to know that I am a big Abney Park fan, and they are 50% to 70% of the reason I went to Maker Faire.

Maker Faire Part Four: Robots and other Stuff

With any big meeting of tinkers there is going to be the guys who can’t stop themselves from making robots or other weird contraptions. And when there are robots there are fighting robots. I missed the robot combat but you will see in the pics below there are robots who will deal damage to humans.

When night began to fall on Maker Faire there was a definite change. The night was pretty cold but it was easy to get warm. All you had to do was get near on of the fire sculptures.
